Once the offer has been accepted, we meet for a one-day workshop at your premises and set everything up so that it works. This includes simplifying processes and training your employees.

Further support from us is provided remotely as part of the subscription. Processes are further simplified and new ones mapped. Depending on your digital affinity, you can do everything yourself. You have full access to all system settings.

If you ever leave the system, you can extract all documents from the system at the touch of a button (GDPR-compliant) and you will receive the remaining data in a database-readable format for migration.
